Fat Bombs – Do you use them?
I have been having a bit of a struggle to get the scales moving in the right direction since the new year and me being totally back on the low carb/keto way of life!
Although it’s frustrating as hell, I know it is a plateau and we all go through them. The pounds will start dropping again but in the meantime…. ugh!!
We’ve all been here, right? Continue reading
Frustration to ME is… I need some Monday Motivation
No Gain, No Loss, No PROGRESS!
I have really been working at getting these extra pounds off that I’ve put back on since my life went crazy (again) back in August.
I’m feeling stuck and frustrated.
Since the new year, and especially since February, I have been back on my keto way of eating. I’ve even started using My Fitness Pal again to log my daily food macros. Continue reading
Miss Molly is getting a Big Surprise
Miss Molly is gonna be so thrilled!!!
I went ahead and ordered the Bark Box for her!
I’ve been eyeing up the Bark Box on Facebook for months but just never really knew if I wanted to spend the money on it. Last week I had to go buy more treats for her and that’s when I decided I was going to give it a try.
I finally decided to do it, and I’ll tell you why (for me, in my busy house) it makes sense: Continue reading
Cloud Bread Recipe Share: This is How we make Oopsie Bread
Cloud Bread Recipe: People have been asking me how I make my Cloud Bread.
I don’t, and can’t take any credit for it.
But, my mother who believes in me, and is always very supportive to help me to stay on my program does my baking of cloud bread and other things.
Mom recently made me a huge batch of cloud bread for my freezer (Yes, You can freeze cloud bread!). She also tried a variation on the recipe.
The first is our traditional recipe using Cream Cheese, and the second is using mayonnaise instead of cream cheese. In this post, I will share the recipes for both types of Oopsie Bread, and along with some great pics she took. Thanks mom!
Recipe Fail that turned out Delicious!
Well I’m tired of Zucchini, I’ve been having it a lot!!
Thought today I would try something new. I’ve mentioned on social media, I am really super tired of cooking everything. I need to cook healthy for me, but lack of time and imagination has caused me to just really cook the easy old go-to’s from days gone by.
On the plus side…. At least I have been cooking low carb for me, even it the family doesn’t eat what I eat.
I can usually add a side for me that is healthy (and my go to has been zucchini, that’s why I’m so tired of it.), or if they are having something that is TOTALLY off plan (like they will tonight), I can always make up some cheesy eggs.
Anyway yesterday I decided I’d better get off my butt and cook something.
