Some guidelines to follow when creating your post:

  • The article should be between 300 - 600 words.
  • The article needs to be unique/exclusive content that will not be used elsewhere.
  • Include your author bio with a link back to your site.
  • Up to a maximum of 3 links per post.
  • No Affiliate links, Product reviews, or Blatant Self Promotion.
  • Article needs to be on a topic that will be of interest to AHWH readers.
  • You may provide images/graphics with your article.
  • Send the article in plain text format only.
