Before you can even start creating a personal brand…
You need to sit down and answer yourself some questions.
Creating a personal brand is a very important part of any business model, online marketing, or blog. Care needs to be taken to develop yours. This is a two part series on the steps you need to take to discover your brand, and create your online presence. As I was going through and doing the research for this article, I discovered that my own brand is a little rusty, and could use some tweaking. I read a post a few weeks back on the Friday Traffic Report about the evolution of blog commenting, and it has really got me to thinking.
With all the social media coming out, and the ease of a quick twitter RT, are we losing the need for leaving personal comments on blogs?
Sharing a good blog post or article of interest through many of the social bookmarking sites, and even more, sharing it with your Twitter following is a great way to help the blogger by re-directing traffic to the post.
